Thank you for being interested in helping us to build a better community through recreational youth
sports.

You, our valuable sponsor, are helping to make it possible for the players to achieve their goals. Our
program could only work at its current level with your financial help. This is a great way to give back to
this community and to help these children gain the valuable training and experiences they need to grow
into successful young men and women.

Why Sponsor the Meridian Youth League?

1. Increased awareness of your company’s brand, products, and services. Each of our sponsorship
packages has benefits to highlight your brand and services. Your company’s brand will be in front of
local areas residents, parents, coaches, program organizers, players, and fans from local areas and
teams. Sponsoring a youth sports team is a positive and engaging way to market your brand. Parents
want to support companies that support their local teams.

2. Help keep the cost of our programs low. The Meridian Youth League is financially independent and
comprised of volunteers. Volunteers help with many activities, including coaching, concessions,
fieldwork and prep, clinics, and other activities. Parents pay a registration fee to help pay for uniforms,
concession items, insurance, league fees, officials for each game, field maintenance, improvements, and
other cost associated with running various sports programs. Each dollar the MeridianYouth League
brings in goes back into the program. Every sponsorship dollar goes to lower these costs for the parents
and helps improve the fields we play on.

3. Outstanding value for the dollar invested. Sponsorship costs vary and range from $100 to $1500 or
more. Compared with other forms of advertising like print, billboards, and newspaper ads, sponsoring
the Meridian Youth League can be a great value and effective option to include in your marketing
mix. Most of our games are played within a 30-mile radius. We currently have teams playing baseball,
softball, and basketball across multiple locations.

4.  Build Goodwill and Local Partnership.  Your company's sponsorship of the Meridian Youth League 
makes a positive contribution to the community.  Overall, this can evoke a community-wide feeling that
a company understands the impact and importance of sports for its youth. This feeling can instill loyalty
among the business’s current and future patrons. Meridian Ball Association makes every effort to keep
our business local to the community and support local businesses. We will make every effort to
spotlight our sponsors.

We know that any amount from a local company to our association goes a long way to offset the rising
cost of youth sports. Your company will find that your sponsorship also goes a long way to strengthen
